湖北省楚天英才科技创新团队带头人,湖北文理学院功能材料研究院功能材料研究团队负责人。入职以来主持国家自然科学基金项目、湖北省楚天英才科技创新团队、湖北省自然科学基金、襄阳市科技项目重点项目、企业委托技术开发横向项目10余项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI、EI收录论文30余篇,多项成果发表于Advanced Optical Materials、Inorganic Chemistry Frontiers、Chemical communications和Journal of Materials Chemistry C等国际期刊,以第一发明人申请发明专利9项。获得2017年襄阳市科学进步一等奖1项。入选2024年湖北省“博士服务团”。获2022年襄阳市五一劳动奖章,“工人先锋号”荣誉称号。指导学生在挑战杯、中国国际大学生创新创业大赛等比赛获省金奖2项、银奖2项、三等奖5项。
